1. Rajeeva Laxman Karandikar named as chairperson of the National Statistical Commission.

Government of India had appointed Rajeeva Laxman Karandikar, Professor Emeritus at Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI), as the part-time chairperson of the National Statistical Commission (NSC) of India for a period of three years. He will take up this role as an additional responsibility while continuing as Professor Emeritus at CMI. He joined CMI as a visiting professor in 2010, and officiated as the Director of CMI from January 2011 to April 2021.

राजीव लक्ष्मण करंदीकर को राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी आयोग का अध्यक्ष नामित किया गया।

भारत सरकार ने राजीव लक्ष्मण करंदीकर, प्रोफेसर एमेरिटस, चेन्नई मैथमेटिकल इंस्टीट्यूट (सीएमआई) को तीन साल की अवधि के लिए भारत के राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी आयोग (एनएससी) के अंशकालिक अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया था। वह सीएमआई में प्रोफेसर एमेरिटस के रूप में जारी रहते हुए एक अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी के रूप में इस भूमिका को निभाएंगे। उन्होंने 2010 में विजिटिंग प्रोफेसर के रूप में सीएमआई ज्वाइन किया और जनवरी 2011 से अप्रैल 2021 तक सीएमआई के निदेशक के रूप में कार्य किया।

2. Sanjay Kumar named as secretary of Department of School Education.

IAS Sanjay Kumar took charge as Secretary of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education in Shashtri Bhawan in New Delhi. Sanjay Kumar, a 1990-batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, was a former Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. He replaced Anita Karwal IAS upon her superannuation.

संजय कुमार को स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग का सचिव नियुक्त किया गया है।

IAS संजय कुमार ने नई दिल्ली में शास्त्री भवन में शिक्षा मंत्रालय के स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग के सचिव के रूप में कार्यभार संभाला। 1990 बैच के बिहार कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी संजय कुमार, युवा मामलों और खेल मंत्रालय के युवा मामलों के विभाग के पूर्व सचिव थे। उन्होंने अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद अनीता करवाल IAS का स्थान लिया।

3. Vijender Sharma elected as the President of the Institute of Cost Accountant of India.

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India said that Vijender Sharma has been elected as the new president and Rakesh Bhalla as vice-president for 2022-23. The institute, which is a statutory body set up under an Act of Parliament, comes under the administrative control of Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Vijender Sharma was Vice President and CMA Rakesh Bhalla was Central Council member and Chairman of Direct Tax Committee of the Institute in previous term 2021-22.

विजेंदर शर्मा इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ कॉस्ट अकाउंटेंट ऑफ इंडिया के अध्यक्ष चुने गए।

इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ कॉस्ट अकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया ने कहा कि 2022-23 के लिए विजेंदर शर्मा को नया अध्यक्ष और राकेश भल्ला को उपाध्यक्ष चुना गया है। संस्थान, जो संसद के एक अधिनियम के तहत स्थापित एक वैधानिक निकाय है, केंद्रीय कॉर्पोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में आता है। श्री विजेंदर शर्मा पिछले कार्यकाल 2021-22 में उपाध्यक्ष और सीएमए राकेश भल्ला केंद्रीय परिषद सदस्य और संस्थान की प्रत्यक्ष कर समिति के अध्यक्ष थे।

4. 1,45,867 crore gross GST revenue collected for November 2022.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) collections for the month of November 2022 stood at Rs 1,45,867 crore, according to the data shared by finance ministry. The revenue for the month of November are 11% higher than the GST revenue in the same month last year, which itself was Rs 1,31,526 crore. This is the ninth straight month when collections from GST has remained above Rs 1.40 lakh crore.

नवंबर 2022 के लिए 1,45,867 रु. करोड़ का सकल GST राजस्व एकत्र किया गया।

वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा साझा किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, नवंबर 2022 के महीने में माल और सेवा कर (जीएसटी) संग्रह 1,45,867 करोड़ रुपये रहा। नवंबर महीने का राजस्व पिछले साल इसी महीने में जीएसटी राजस्व से 11% अधिक है, जो खुद 1,31,526 करोड़ रुपये था। यह लगातार नौवां महीना है जब GST से संग्रह 1.40 लाख करोड़ रुपये से ऊपर रहा है।

5. Reserve Bank of India implements 4 tiered regulatory norms for UCB.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced a four-tiered regulatory framework for categorisation of Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs). Besides, the central bank has come out with norms pertaining to the net worth and capital adequacy of these banks.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक यूसीबी के लिए 4 स्तरीय नियामक मानदंडों को लागू करता है।

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने शहरी सहकारी बैंकों (यूसीबी) के वर्गीकरण के लिए चार स्तरीय नियामक ढांचे की घोषणा की है। इसके अलावा, केंद्रीय बैंक इन बैंकों की निवल संपत्ति और पूंजी पर्याप्तता से संबंधित मानदंड लेकर आया है।

6. 3 Indian-origin women scientists among Australia’s “Superstars Of STEM”.

Three Indian-origin women are among 60 scientists, technologists, engineers, and mathematicians who have been selected as Australia’s Superstars of STEM. This initiative aims to smash society’s gender assumptions about scientists and increase the public visibility of females and non-binary people.

7. Vijay Hazare Trophy Final: Saurashtra beat Maharashtra by 5 wickets.

Saurashtra beat Maharashtra by 5 wickets in the final to win the Vijay Hazare Trophy at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They restricted Maharashtra at 248/9 in 50 overs as captain Ruturaj Gaikwad hit a century, scoring 108 off 131 balls after a slow start. Saurashtra bowler Chirag Jani claimed a hat-trick in the match. Man of the moment is Sheldon Jackson.

विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी फाइनल: सौराष्ट्र ने महाराष्ट्र को 5 विकेट से हराया ।

सौराष्ट्र ने गुजरात के अहमदाबाद में नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम में विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी जीतने के लिए फाइनल में महाराष्ट्र को 5 विकेट से हराया। उन्होंने महाराष्ट्र को 50 ओवरों में 248/9 पर रोक दिया क्योंकि कप्तान रुतुराज गायकवाड़ ने धीमी शुरुआत के बाद 131 गेंदों पर 108 रन बनाकर शतक लगाया। सौराष्ट्र के गेंदबाज चिराग जानी ने मैच में हैट्रिक ली। मैन ऑफ द मोमेंट शेल्डन जैक्सन हैं।

8. 3rd T20 World Cup cricket tournament for Blind to be held in India.

The third T20 World Cup Cricket Tournament for the Blind will be held from December 5 to 17, 2022 in India. The participating countries of the World Cup 2022 are Australia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and India.

नेत्रहीनों के लिए तीसरा टी20 विश्व कप क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट भारत में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
