1. OSDMA and LFS were given the Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar 2023.

For the year 2023, Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA) and Lunglei Fire Station (LFS), Mizoram, both in the Institutional category, have been selected for the Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar-2023 for their excellent work in Disaster Management.

वर्ष 2023 के लिए, ओडिशा राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (ओएसडीएमए) और लुंगलेई फायर स्टेशन (एलएफएस), मिजोरम, दोनों संस्थागत श्रेणी में, आपदा प्रबंधन में उनके उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए सुभाष चंद्र बोस आपदा प्रबंधन पुरस्कार -2023 के लिए चुने गए हैं।

2. Inger Andersen became the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Program.

On 21 February 2019, the General Assembly of the United Nations elected Andersen as Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). She was appointed for a four-year term. On 18 January 2023, the General Assembly confirmed Andersen would serve for a further four-year term, through 14 June 2027.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र पर्यावरण कार्यक्रम के कार्यकारी निदेशक इंगर एंडरसन बने |

3. Bharat Bhaskar became the new director of IIM Noida.

Shri Pankaj R Patel, Chairperson, Board of Governors IIM Ahmedabad has today announced the appointment of Professor Bharat Bhaskar as New Director, IIM Ahmedabad effective March 1, 2023 for five years. The announcement of appointment of Prof  Bhaskar as director of IIM Ahmedabad comes in the wake of  Prof Errol D’Souza who is successfully completing his term as IIMA director in Jan 2023.

आईआईएम नोएडा के नए निर्देशक भरत भास्कर बने | 

आईआईएम अहमदाबाद के बोर्ड ऑफ गवर्नर्स के अध्यक्ष श्री पंकज आर पटेल ने आज आईआईएम अहमदाबाद के नए निदेशक के रूप में प्रोफेसर भरत भास्कर की नियुक्ति की घोषणा की है, जो 1 मार्च, 2023 से पांच साल के लिए प्रभावी है। आईआईएम अहमदाबाद के निदेशक के रूप में प्रोफेसर भास्कर की नियुक्ति की घोषणा प्रोफेसर एरोल डिसूजा के मद्देनजर की गई है, जो जनवरी 2023 में आईआईएमए निदेशक के रूप में अपना कार्यकाल सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर रहे हैं।

4. Shamalbhai Bhi Patel was appointed as the new chairman of Amul.

The GCMMF election was held after a gap of more than two years. The last election was held in July 2020. Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) has re-elected Shamalbhai B Patel and Valamjibhai Humbal as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.

जीसीएमएमएफ का चुनाव दो साल से अधिक के अंतराल के बाद हुआ था। पिछला चुनाव जुलाई 2020 में हुआ था। गुजरात कोऑपरेटिव मिल्क मार्केटिंग फेडरेशन (GCMMF) ने शामलभाई बी पटेल और वालमजीभाई हुंबल को क्रमशः अध्यक्ष और उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में फिर से चुना है।

5. For the year 2022, 11 children were given the National Child Award.

President Draupadi Murmu will honour 11 children with the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) at Vigyan Bhavan on Monday. These children have been selected from different regions of the country for the categories of innovation, social service, education, sports, art-culture and bravery.

वर्ष 2022 के लिए 11 बच्चों को राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार दिया गया | 

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू सोमवार को विज्ञान भवन में 11 बच्चों को प्रधानमंत्री राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार (पीएमआरबीपी) से सम्मानित करेंगी। इन बच्चों का चयन देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से नवाचार, समाज सेवा, शिक्षा, खेल, कला-संस्कृति और वीरता की श्रेणियों के लिए किया गया है।

6. Himachal will be made the first green state by the year 2025.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in a meeting on Friday with the state energy department said that the state intends to become the first green energy state by 2025, informed the government.

हिमाचल को वर्ष 2025 तक पहला ग्रीन स्टेट बनाया जाएगा | 

हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने शुक्रवार को राज्य ऊर्जा विभाग के साथ एक बैठक में कहा कि राज्य 2025 तक पहला हरित ऊर्जा राज्य बनने का इरादा रखता है।

7. FIH ties up with JSP Foundation for Hockey Men’s World Cup.

The International Hockey Federation (FIH) Partners with JSP Foundation for Hockey Development and Men’s World Cup Lausanne, Switzerland. The International Hockey Federation (FIH) is thrilled to announce that it has signed a partnership with JSP Foundation for its development programs. FIH will be working closely with JSP Foundation for some of its key initiatives for hockey development over the coming months. This partnership will also see the JSP Foundation coming onboard the ongoing FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023 Bhubaneswar-Rourkela as a Global Partner.

एफआईएच ने हॉकी पुरुष विश्व कप के लिए जेएसपी फाउंडेशन के साथ करार किया।

8. Manish Tiwari was honored with the Freedom of the City of London Award.

An India-born founder of a multi-cultural marketing agency has been conferred with ‘The Freedom of the City of London’ title for leaving a mark on the financial hub of the British capital. Manish Tiwari received the honour at a ceremony at the Chamberlain’s Court at Guildhall in London earlier this month.

मनीष तिवारी को फ्रीडम ऑफ़ सिटी ऑफ़ लंदन अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया गया | 

एक बहु-सांस्कृतिक विपणन एजेंसी के भारत में जन्मे संस्थापक को ब्रिटिश राजधानी के वित्तीय केंद्र पर अपनी छाप छोड़ने के लिए ‘द फ्रीडम ऑफ द सिटी ऑफ लंदन’ की उपाधि से सम्मानित किया गया है। मनीष तिवारी ने इस महीने की शुरुआत में लंदन के गिल्डहॉल में चेम्बरलेन कोर्ट में एक समारोह में यह सम्मान प्राप्त किया।
