1. Career Counselling Workshop ‘Pramarsh 2022’ launched in Bikaner.

Minister of State for Culture & Parliamentary Affairs, Arjun Ram Meghwal has launched ‘Pramarsh 2022’, a mega career counselling workshop, for the students of the Bikaner District region in Rajasthan.

2. Nepal will become 1st country to deploy India’s UPI platform.

Nepal will be the first country to adopt India’s UPI system, which will play a pivotal role in transforming the digital economy of the neighbouring country, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

नेपाल भारत के यूपीआई प्लेटफॉर्म को तैनात करने वाला पहला देश बन जाएगा।

नेपाल भारत की यूपीआई प्रणाली को अपनाने वाला पहला देश होगा, जो पड़ोसी देश, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम (एनपीसीआई) की डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था को बदलने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।

3. Institute of Economic Growth named Chetan Ghate as its news Director.

The Institute of Economic Growth has appointed Chetan Ghate as the new director succeeding Ajit Mishra. He was a member of the Reserve Bank of India’s first monetary policy committee between 2016-2020, is the winner of the 2014 Mahalanobis Memorial gold medal for the best research economist in the country under the age of 45.

4. SBI Ecowrap report: India’s GDP projected at 8.8% in FY22.

State Bank of India (SBI) Research Report, Ecowrap, has revised downwards the gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of India for FY22 (2021-22) to 8.8 percent. Earlier this was estimated at 9.3 percent.

स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया इकोरैप रिपोर्ट: वित्त वर्ष 2012 में भारत की जीडीपी 8.8% रहने का अनुमान है।

स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI) की रिसर्च रिपोर्ट, इकोरैप ने वित्त वर्ष 2012 (2021-22) के लिए भारत की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) की वृद्धि दर को संशोधित कर 8.8 प्रतिशत कर दिया है। पहले यह 9.3 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान था।

5. 17th IBA’s Annual Banking Technology Awards 2021 announced.

Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has announced the IBA’s 17th Annual Banking Technology Awards 2021. In total South Indian Bank has won 6 awards in the event. This year’s IBA Awards celebrating “Next Gen Banking” has recognized technologies and practices in the banking industry that have demonstrated a high degree of innovation over the past year.

17वें IBA के वार्षिक बैंकिंग प्रौद्योगिकी पुरस्कार 2021 की घोषणा की गई।

भारतीय बैंक संघ (आईबीए) ने आईबीए के 17वें वार्षिक बैंकिंग प्रौद्योगिकी पुरस्कार 2021 की घोषणा की है। कुल मिलाकर साउथ इंडियन बैंक ने इस आयोजन में 6 पुरस्कार जीते हैं। “नेक्स्ट जेन बैंकिंग” का जश्न मनाते हुए इस साल के आईबीए अवार्ड्स ने बैंकिंग उद्योग में उन तकनीकों और प्रथाओं को मान्यता दी है जिन्होंने पिछले एक साल में उच्च स्तर के नवाचार का प्रदर्शन किया है।

6. 7th Soil Health Card Day Observed on 19 February 2022.

Every year India observes the Soil Health Card Day on 19 February to commemorate the launch of the Soil Health Card (SHC) Scheme, and create awareness about the benefits of the scheme. 2022 marks the seventh year of the launch of the SHC Scheme.

हर साल भारत मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड (एसएचसी) योजना के शुभारंभ के उपलक्ष्य में 19 फरवरी को मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड दिवस मनाता है, और योजना के लाभों के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करता है। 2022 एसएचसी योजना के शुभारंभ का सातवां वर्ष है।
